In 2019, the term “alternative medicine” no longer solicits gasps or sideways glances from friends and acquaintances. Instead, alternative medicine means that you’re taking your health into your own hands, researching what’s best for you and coming to conclusions about your wellbeing based on the most important factor—you. That’s why we’re so excited to see healers in different modalities becoming more mainstream, and gaining the following they deserve as they help women (and men) discover the best path to wellness.
